Australian supplier using Muddy Boots technology reduces rejections to 0.5%

Stephen Blatchly, Quality Manager at Rugby Farm explains "Since implementing the Greenlight QC system that is 'plugged in' to our retailer, we have been able to reduce our rejection percentage to around 0.5% or below, we have achieved one of the lowest rejection rates of any produce supplier to our retailer for the past couple of years."

Stephen continues, "We use the QC system at all of our packing and dispatch locations. It helps us maintain consistent quality of product for our retailer."

"We always have the most up to date product specifications at our fingertips, including photos of what is acceptable and what is out of specification.

If our retailer makes a change to a specification, our system is updated instantly. We don't have to do anything else and we have the confidence that each time we send our products they will be accepted at the DC."
